Blue Chip Youth Photo and Information Submit Policy
Blue Chip Youth ( "we") WILL NOT accept any information, photos,
or any other form of correspondence from any person/s under the age of 18.
All player profile information including photo, must be submitted by a PARENT
or LEGAL GUARDIAN ONLY. Before any information is published on our Website,
we require BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN CONSENT from PARENTS or LEGAL GUARDIANS.
BLUE CHIP YOUTH WILL ONLY PUBLISH PLAYER NAME, TEAM INFORMATION AND POSITION.
ALL INFORMATION HAS TO BE AUTHORIZED BY BOTH PARENTS or LEGAL GUARDIANS and
MUST BE APPROVED BY BLUE CHIP YOUTH. We urge parents to be very clear with
their children regarding the danger of giving personal information to anyone
(online or in person) they don't know. We also encourage parents and guardians
to spend time online with their children and to participate in the activities
offered on the sites they visit.
In addition, parents and legal guardians have the right to request that any
information currently held by BLUE CHIP YOUTH (BLUECHIPYOUTH.COM) that has
been collected online about their child or children be deleted.
